We provide 1-1 virtual nutrition counseling to truly personalize our clients’ experience and help them meet their goals even faster. We make it affordable and convenient for you.

With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Susan Melancon is passionate about helping individuals take control of their health through the power of food, with the belief that “Let food be thy medicine and let medicine be thy food” — guiding clients toward vibrant health by addressing the root causes of inflammation and nutrient imbalance.

Susan specializes in personalized nutrition counseling, helping clients improve their energy, manage chronic conditions, and build lifelong healthy habits. Her approach blends science-based nutrition with practical, real-world strategies — from teaching clients how to eat more colorfully to supporting optimal cellular health with targeted supplementation when needed.

Whether she’s helping someone navigate dietary challenges, reduce inflammation, or enhance longevity, Susan’s goal remains the same: to empower others with the knowledge and tools to thrive from the inside out.

Registered Dietitian

Lisa J. Malone, MS, RDN, LDN is a Registered Dietitian and educator with nearly four decades of experience in clinical nutrition, healthcare leadership, and evidence-based wellness counseling. A former director of a metabolic management clinic and faculty member at The University of Southern Mississippi, Lisa specializes in metabolic health, weight management, and behavior-focused nutrition guidance. Recognized with multiple professional and national sales awards, she blends science-based expertise with compassionate counseling to help individuals achieve lasting lifestyle change.
